ASUS's current US promotions — what each one actually is, which are worth your time, and which are not.

ASUS is running promotions on its US store. We do not pick products because they are discounted — every recommendation on this site is chosen on measurements, and our GPU, monitor and keyboard guides do not change when a sale starts. This page is separate on purpose: it tells you what is on offer and what each one is worth, and nothing here replaces a pick.
The honest summary: the Edition 20 line is the only one we would point at deliberately; the Steam code is worth having if a ROG peripheral was already on your list. ASUS's mailing listed two further promotions — a back-to-school sale and a travel-gear one — and they are not on this page because their landing pages carried no trace of them two days after they were meant to start. We do not print prices — they move, and a number typed here would be wrong within days — so follow a link for the current figure.
A Steam code with select ROG gear
Runs to 31 December 2026.
Buy a qualifying ROG peripheral — keyboards, mice, controllers, headsets, earbuds — and ASUS sends a Steam code. It is the most straightforward offer here: the reward is a fixed amount rather than an “up to”, and the eligible list is on ASUS's page. Check your item is on it before buying, because the code is the whole point. We do not print the amount; ASUS states it on the offer page, and a figure typed here would outlive the promotion.
ROG Edition 20 — the 20th-anniversary line
Runs to 31 December 2026.
A limited black-and-gold anniversary run, led by the ROG Astral RTX 5090 Edition 20. This is the one offer here we would send anyone to on purpose: it is an ASUS-exclusive SKU, so there is no Amazon listing it competes with. It is a collector's finish on a card you can buy in plainer clothes for less — our GPU guide has the plain version.
These promotions have closed. Our GPU, monitor and keyboard guides are the place to go instead — they do not depend on anyone running a sale.
So is any of it worth it?
The Edition 20 line is the one we would point at deliberately, because it is an ASUS exclusive — there is no equivalent listing to compare it against, so a link here costs you nothing in choice. The Steam code is worth having if a ROG peripheral was already on your list. The two promotions ASUS's mailing listed but its own pages did not carry — a back-to-school sale and a travel-gear one — are left off deliberately: we will not send you to a page for a discount it does not mention.
